Delivery + Returns

1. Delivery

All items will be dispatched within 2 working days, and will be fulfilled via Royal Mail Tracked. Delivery should take place within 2-3 working days.

2. Your Right to Cancel (UK Customers)

You have the right to cancel your order within 30 days of receiving your item(s). Once you've notified us, you have a further 14 days to return the item(s) to us.

To exercise your right to cancel, please contact us at contact@clavier.world with your order number and reason for return.

3. Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unworn and unused

  • In its original packaging

  • With the void sticker intact and untampered — returns with a broken or missing void sticker will not be accepted

We reserve the right to refuse a return if these conditions are not met.

4. Hygiene Policy (Pierced Jewellery)

  • For hygiene and safety reasons, earrings cannot be returned or exchanged once the packaging has been opened, unless they arrive faulty or damaged.

5. How to Return

  • Email us at contact@clavier.world with your order number and reason for return

  • We'll confirm your return is approved and provide our returns address

  • Post your item(s) back to us — return postage is free for all UK customers. We'll send you a prepaid returns label via email

Please ensure items are packaged securely. We cannot accept responsibility for items lost or damaged in transit back to us.

6. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 14 days days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank or payment provider to process the refund on their end.

We will notify you by email once your refund has been processed.

7. Faulty or Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 30 days of delivery at contact@clavier.world, with your order number and a photo of the fault.

In line with the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015, our first course of action will be to offer a free replacement. If a replacement is not possible (e.g. the item is out of stock), we will issue a full refund to your original payment method.

8. Exchanges

We do not offer direct item-for-item exchanges. If you'd like a different style or piece, please return your original item (subject to the conditions above) and you'll receive a store credit to use on a new purchase. Store credit will be issued by email once your return has been received and approved.

9. UK Only

We currently ship and accept returns from UK addresses only.
